Task: In situ taper grinding of Haas VF 4 machine.

Description: BFL has taken a drive of having mandrel run out of Haas machine less than 0.02 mm at 300 mm from spindle face. The machine which was offered was having 0.1 mm at 300 mm from spindle face. The blue matching with standard gauge was less than 50%.

Action taken: UPSPL carried out in situ taper grinding of Haas Machine and achieved the required results. Please find an attached herewith final inspection report.
